The Road Back

the-road-back

Every now and then after a decision of change one must expect that there will be the desire to return to that very thing you have changed from… One must begin to prepare themselves physically and mentally. We have to make up our minds that we will never return to “that thing” that limited us or stopped us from being the best we were born to be. Some of the signs that will create that desire to return are the stresses of life. Being thrown off of your goal or disappointed or a moment of failure will spring the desire or the urge to return to “that thing” you divorced or disconnected from your world of hope and happiness. If you ever get to that mode of frustration or disappointment it is vital that you begin to share your frustration with whomever you feel comfortable and is a supportive rock within your change. The reality is that sometimes you cannot always find someone when you are in need. So what do we do, well I have found that writing or typing and expressing yourself on your phone or on paper of a tablet frees you from your thoughts and putting it on paper gives you something to reflect on.

Fortunately writing things down exposes your understanding of what you’re feeling and what you have done or what you know you need to do. It creates an awareness of what is really going on with you and in your world. Today we have to make up in our minds and in our surroundings that going back is not an option. Press forward as your change will make room for the best future of your life. Change4u today!
